Live out of town but always stop in here when passing through. First started going here in 2005 when they were in Kennett Square. My kids and I love the Molcajete . This one has the steak in it. But you can get them with shrimp and chicken. We love the cheese when it melts in the pot. We also didn’t want the peppers in it in this photo. We get it in the red sauce but also comes in green. We get one pot for 3 people. Believe me it’s enough. May ask for more tortillas. The wait staff is always friendly. Clean and big bar to have cocktails in. Menu is outstanding. We’ve been going since 2005 and my kids always want to go here for birthdays and holidays. You know it must be good if kids beg to go back. Haha. Best is left overs the next day when everything marinates in fridge overnight. Yummy!

Been a regular weekly Customer for the past five years. Recently they started cutting back on serving size but didn't decrease prices and instead told me prices have increased and portion sizes have decreased..For 30 dollars you do not even get a single chicken breast for their molcajetes.Super disappointed because the cost doesn't justify the product. I even gave them one more chance and got the same result. They are going to alienate a lot of long time customers including me. I will not be back. Sad because I really liked their food but will find someone else.

The food is traditionally amazing, but tonight was different. Provided we came about an hour from closing time. The server rushed us and the food I ate tasted as though it had been sitting or warmed all night long. Leaving it tough and inedible. Although the sauteed veggies for my fajitas tasted as though they were never cooked. Certainly disappointed, and I know they're capable of better.

I am a loyal customer here, but recently, both the food quality and service have been lacking. During my last visit, I ordered the fish fajitas with specific instructions for "well done, caramelized onions." Unfortunately, the dish lacked any flavor due to a lack of seasoning, and the onions were undercooked, forcing me to remove the uncooked pieces. When asked about my experience, the waitress seemed indifferent and did not offer to address the issue. I mentioned the blandness of the dish and requested a side of guacamole to enhance the taste. However, I was greatly surprised to see a $5.00 charge for the small portion of guacamole on my bill, which I found extremely unreasonable. It would have been appropriate for the waitress to inform me in advance about the additional cost. I had clearly explained that I wanted the guacamole to improve the flavor of the dish, not as an extra. If I had known about the charge, I would have declined. I expressed this dissatisfaction to the waitress, but her dismissive attitude and refusal to consult with management to remove the charge left me extremely disappointed. Despite my polite approach, she showed no concern or willingness to address the issue, prompting me to reflect my dissatisfaction in her tip. If she had provided good service as a waitress, I would have tipped accordingly. In the past, an exceptional waitress received a 50% tip, whereas this time, the tip was only 10%. This serves as a valuable lesson - always strive to address a customer's dissatisfaction. Furthermore, it is essential to inform customers about any surcharges, especially for small items like a 2 oz accompaniment. If you want repeat business, you must do better in this highly...

I had high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. My family and I made a reservation to dine in on Mother’s Day. At no point during the reservation process were we informed about a special or limited menu.

When we arrived, we were handed a “Mother’s Day Special Menu” that featured only large platters priced between \

30–\\

40 per entrée, with no kid-friendly options available. It felt like we were forced into ordering from this restricted selection. Meanwhile, I noticed a couple at a nearby table with the regular menu. When I asked our server if I could at least order steak tacos, I was told no.

What made matters worse was the lack of professionalism. The manager never came to address our concerns, the server showed no empathy or effort to help, and even lied about the other table ordering from the regular menu. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry myself, and I understand business decisions, but transparency is key. Customers should be informed ahead of time if there’s a special or limited menu—especially on a holiday.

The server also claimed there was an online notice, which I double-checked—there was none. Overall, this experience gave the impression that the restaurant prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Left to go to Greenville Tolteca -...

Been coming here for years, I ordered a burrito ranchero today as I have for years, I asked for extra guacamole and jalepenos as I always do but this time they charged me $.75 for the two which I didn’t terribly mind and had it as take out. I get home and have 0 guacamole and only 3 jalapeños in the whole burrito. I called to point out the mistake and they said they would put it in my burrito next time for free. Yet I explained I already paid for them and it’s always been free in the past so that didn’t address the issue. I had already explained I’m a half hour away, 1 way and the manager came on the phone and had me reexplain the whole situation then said he could only make the toppings free next time and refused to do a free burrito or ANYTHING else. Then he said I could drive back and he would take care of it to which I asked if he was being smart since it was 50 minute round trip minimum. He refused to do anything else to make up for charging me extra and giving me no guac which 1 scoop is typically complementary. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and will never come back because of $0.75/for toppings $13/ a burrito is worth more than a loyal customer. I would not recommend coming here, as a long term customer I feel totally...
