Morelli's Deli — Restaurant in Kenosha

I say, when possible, try to support local. They've been here a long time. They offer a number of good things including the biscuits and gravy (served all day). The ham salad is excellent if you're old enough to enjoy ham salad. Their hot beef is certainly worth trying. I wish they would wrap their hot bar items in some type of wax paper before they put it in foil because to go directly into foil makes for a messy wasteful experience, especially regarding any cheese that would be involved. I do think the cold deli sandwiches could be executed with some more care in both assembly and presentation. All said; It's a good little shop don't be afraid to try them. Good...

Wow! ✨ I just had the most amazing food delivered from Morelli’s Deli!

My son declared the sloppy Joe the best he’s ever had, said the flavor was out of this world! As for my favorite, the Cubano was simply perfection—definitely the best I’ve ever tasted. I even hid part of one for lunch tomorrow because I simply couldn’t resist! 😉 🤫

And as if that wasn’t enough, they included complimentary guacamole dip and delicious brownies! Such a thoughtful touch! This place has truly impressed us all, and we’re officially lifetime customers!

Typically Morellis is great, however, I’m prompted to write this review after a bad experience.

While the woman behind the counter was making my avocado toast, she turned to check two customers out (grabbing cigarettes etc). After she finished with those customers she then went back to making my sandwich with the same gloves she was using at check out and grabbing items. Then while walking over to the toaster she coughed into her gloved hand and continued to make my sandwich.

Again typically morellis is great however after this morning I’m a little more weary about ordering...
