New to the area and based on a Google search and the on-liine reviews I stopped in to try and find a special, hard to find Bourbon. Well stocked and clean store, but I searched the Bourbon shelves up and down, back and forth 3 times with no luck. So I asked the gentlemen working the counter if they carried the brand that I was looking for. He happened to be the owner Gill. Much to my surprise he presented me with a bottle of the brand I was looking for from his "secret stash" behind the counter. Because it's hard to find and limited release, he saves it for his regulars. Well now he has another regular customer....

By far my favor liquor store in Kenosha! Very organized, clean and have such a wide variety to choose from. Being a bartender, there is alcohol and beers that I've never heard of, which is awesome to me! Once in awhile when they get new product in they offer samples of it, which I find an extremely generous and helpful way of advertising new products, especially for those who've never heard of it or tasted it before. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely would highly recommend going...

I sent my girlfriend into this establishment with a label for hacker pschorr Oktoberfest and the person behind the counter sold her a case of the standard hacker. She has ADHD so sending her with the label was a way to verify accuracy. I called to verify their return policy and the guy LAUGHED said no returns. look I love my girl and we did everything to make it obvious what was requested and they made it about a sale vs actual customer service.
