noooooooo stars!!!! but had to put one to publish...

well they were timely but the bite of overly priced small salad i ate tasted like DIRT like the veggies were not cleaned or handled incorrectly mounded by onions ugh dont buy it... i also ordered the "fresh chicken fettuccine" .... its not. its watered down frozen pre made crap.... noodles arent even fresh AND THEY FORGOT THE CHICKEN -_-' all in all i paid 20 dollars for something i truly regret buying. id rather have walked 15 blocks to the jack in the box.... but what to do now hm? never order from here again. and i advise if you like to enjoy your food look elsewhere but if you have no tastebuds no standards and no clue - go for it D: i was soooo disappointed considering these are two of my fav things to eat!!! i am telling you to NOT buy!! also defeats the purpose of being able to eat at a later hour :( shouldve read the reviews sooner!! -someone found a nail clipping?! GROSS!! i called them and spent 15 minutes on the phone explaining to them the food is awful and i dont want it and he kept trying to tell me to wait until tomorrow and that they are ready to close (mind you it was before 12:30am when i called) and i said that that wouldnt work because i am hungry now and need my money back so i can find somewhere else to eat. after explaining it six different times and talking to three different people i was told they will be here in 20/30 minutes and to give the food back and they will give me my money back no problem.... waiting now.... they did come... looked/inspected the food they tried to serve ME and then i had to literally shut the door on him as he tried to push the food back onto me and shove it thru the door! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOTTT...

⚠️☣️ BUYER BEWARE!!! This business has become so poor in service. They are located in Kent (west hill), but refuse to deliver to Kent (valley) and say they will only deliver to SeaTac. They serve mostly crust for pizza, toppings are thin. They aren't friendly on the phone. I stayed true to this business for over a decade and they just lost one of their most valuable customers!

Nobody said anything about East Hill Kent. My review clearly states the Kent (valley) which is 10 mins (4.5 miles away) from their restaurant. So they refuse to deliver only 4.5 miles from their business....LAZY!

The ONLY reason we called in was to give you another try from the last time we ordered from you, in hopes maybe you've implemented some improvements into your business, and partially because you were the only pizza place open when we called, however, we see you are even worse than the last experience we had, hence our reason for the 1-star review.

Not only are you LAZY, but you are also very UNPROFESSIONAL. Your response alone to my review shows how unethical you and your business is. I wouldn't trust you to touch my food, or deliver it.

P.S. and no, YOU are just upset because you lost a huge customer and I just told everyone on Google the truth about your JOKE...

WORST FOOD EVER!! The sandwiches are disgusting and super soggy! Just disgusting! The cheese wasn’t melted. The bread was so soggy it fell apart before I could even eat the sandwich. Leave Italian food to the Italian people. Just absolutely appalled. And don’t ask for extra meat. They charge you for it and you don’t get it. The customer service I received was horrible. Save yourself the headache. Order from somewhere else. This place sucks. I will NEVER order from here again. I am all for supporting small businesses, as I am also a small business owner. But the people running this place have dragged in thru the mud. They have taken Italian food and made it unappealing and just disgusting. Maybe I should call the board of health and have it inspected. And how funny is it that all the 5 star comments are from the same people working there and their relatives? Trying to amp up a horrible place. Go to Fred Meyer and buy a frozen pizza or just make your own. And the responses from the owner? Calling people stupid? Very ignorant people. I will be filing complaints with the health department. Obviously they need to test the food temps and see what is really going on....
