PNW ESPRESSO — Restaurant in Kent

My husband stopped here to get coffee this morning & the barista made his drink hot instead of iced. When he pointed it out she POUR OT OVER ICE instead of remaking it. Disgusting. Who wants a watered down cup of heated & then cooled coffee? If been in this industry for 14 years & yall are going to make people sick.

Here’s a little education for you since yall need it -

Pacific Northwest Espresso Coffee Company is truly beyond exceptional, and I had an amazing experience there. The barista was incredibly friendly and talented, making me one of the best Lotus drinks I've ever had in my life!!! 🙌🤗😍

It was not only delicious but also beautifully crafted, with vibrant colors that reminded me of the deep sea—a true work of art. I was especially touched by how the cups bore the words "Thank you LORD," sharing a beautiful reminder of faith and the gospel. Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality, kindness, and the positive atmosphere at Pacific Northwest Coffee Espresso Company. I will forever be a customer!

PNW Espresso is hands-down my favorite coffee spot, and a big reason for that is Brooklyn and Sarah. They’re not just baristas—they’re genuinely uplifting people who make a real difference in my mornings. Every time I stop by, they greet me with great energy and a warm attitude. They always ask how my day is going, and without fail, they help put me in a good mood before I head into work.

Their drinks are always spot-on. No matter what I order, it tastes great every time. I’ve never once had a bad experience or a complaint. The consistency, quality, and vibe are all top-notch. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, you’ll be treated with kindness and care.
