Very important I start off saying that I grew up in a Mexican Household so great food was an everyday experience.

Ok , food is good … but not great. Service was efficient and friendly , we ordered to go … but not to be confused that I let my food sit and get cold … I scarfed it down right away . I would expect the tortas to be a little more warm , a more toasty from the grill. It was flat/not full enough. Orchata was really pricy … but really good, so fine I will order another orchata. Overall good food , just go back to the basics and give all customer the experience I know you can give. Complacency...

Overly greasy, flavorless meat. The adobada soaked the tortilla in grease, asada has no flavor, and tasted like the skillet it was cooked in (no way this meat is actually grilled) used old oil. Lots of fatty pieces, and nerve endings in the meat aren't what I would like to feel in my first bite. Asada fries also tasted of rancid, old oil, and similar experience with the meat, fatty, lots of silver skin pieces. Understandably this is an inexpensive place, but I've tried taco trucks with similar prices in the greater Seattle area that offer much higher quality food....

This taco truck is the best place ever. i’ve went to a lot of taco places but nothing compares to this. These tacos are so delicious and i always bring my friends here. When my friends tried these tacos they started bringing their other friends. The owner, Evelyn is super sweet and is always smiling. Every Tuesday their tacos are 1$ and it’s the best thing ever.
