Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kent

I am disabled. Waking is an extremely difficult proposition for me, so I added a couple of dollars tip so that when I called to ask if someone could bring my order out to my car it should not have been a problem. The teenage girl who answered the phone, on my second try calling said, "Hello?", as if answering her personal phone. I had to ask her if I had reached the business. When I explained my situation and asked her to bring out my food, she laughed at me. She asked he partner if they ever took food out to a customer abd was laughed at by that person. I know for a fact that this is done here as someone has brought.me out orders several times in the past. When I tried to explain the to the girl, she giggled again. I said that I would like a refund and she giggled again and said "Sorry about your luck. " I have never been treated so rudely by a business in my life! I want a refund, and I WANT MY TIP BACK! If I could give 0 stars, I would do so. I know that good help is hard to find, but someone needs to spank these entitled children! Then, when I finally struggled in to get my food, there was no one available so that I could ask for a bag to help me carry the food. I placed a order at 756pm they told me it would be done in 15 20 min so i went at 815pm I waited till it was time there was so much ppl waiting in line for there order I was like the third person there everybody got there order ppl that just walked in easily got there order so I notice it was more then the time they told me to wait the cashier asked me for my receipt I showed it to him and he didn't say nothing back just start taking other ppls order thats when I told him where's my order its been about 30 min he responded back chill my boy and I told him well It doesn't take 30 to 35 min to make pizza and started giving me attitude my order was done awhile ago seen that they just had it there the box of the pizza was all beat up idk what I did to this employee to treat me some sort of way very bad lack of customer service I said my order loud and clear for him to hear but he couldn't hear so I repeat to him I use to work at little Ceasars and we had things. Very oriented no customer would ever wait that long for there order 7 to 14 min not no 30min this covington little Ceasars need some new employees that don't give attitude that treat there customers...

I think people really underestimate just how good Little Caesars Pizza is, when I lived in Wichita falls Texas I lived right across the street from a Little Caesars Pizza now I am a pizza fanatic I love pizza and I was always made to believe that Little Caesars Pizza what's nasty and cheap well I was completely wrong Little Caesars Pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever in my life tasted and I love their Pizza they three meat trio lights off extra cheese please Pizza is amazing the crust is amazing the sauce is amazing the toppings are amazing and they're not selfish with the toppings that is good pizza and I would literally recommend they pizza to anybody I would and I could eat Little Caesars pizza everyday.
