Where to start...pulled into the drive through to place an order. The girl inside was either distracted with other people or the equipment they were using was so bad she repeated the order 3 times and it was always wrong. It was a simple order for the 2 for $10 whopper deal. At this point we went inside to place the order. Once going inside we wait behind some trashy 4 foot something blonde who has her infant sitting on the floor while she places her order. When we get to the register we tell the employee we came in to place our order because there must be an issue. She said yea she could hardly hear us and her equipment kept cutting out...maybe she should tell her manager? Anyhow, we then place our order and wait 8 minutes for our food all the while the manager is happy that their turn around is faster than Bellefontaine who is running 10 minutes per customer as she reads this off a screen behind the counter. At this point we notice something, none of the employees are wearing hair nets and all have long hair which warrents it. This is a health code violation. We get our food finally and leave and it is normal Burger King quality and tastes like it should but this place really drops the ball...sure they can't do anything about the other customer and her lack of parental skills but the fact that they were happy about having an 8 minute turn around, had shotty equiptment, and never offered or asked us if we wanted anything else other than what we ordered and had a health code violation is pretty crappy. Oh and I'm glad this was a to go order because the dining room was filthy and we never had our meal " our way " because we were never even asked if we wanted cheese, what toppings, or what condiments.    Read moreWas not a good experience this time.....Long wait at window, while everyone was laughing and cutting up inside. Then got pulled around to front. Waited inside again watching order after order being sent out drivethru. Saw the rest of my order come up...they bagged it and tried to give it out window. Thankfully the person in car turned it down....so they threw bags back on the bagging station.....its a good thing I had went inside or I may still be waiting on my food. Food was good except for HEAVY mustard on bacon cheeseburgers. When I worked there it was 3 rings of ketsup one of mustard....there was barely a dot of ketsup and mustard...
