Subway — Restaurant in Kenton

99% of the my experience here is satisfactory, last evening however was slightly different. The order line has been extended out about 3' from the splash guard (spit guard) protecting the food from customers, great!!! Well on the other side, the sandwich artisan is not wearing a mask to protect the same food being protected from customers he is serving customers!!!! What sense does that make!!! At this point during this pandemic all food service should be mandatory to were gloves and mask!!! Even when the health issue at hand is finally reigned in and under control, all food service should maintain a glove and mask policy. Food service people talk and laugh like everyone else, which is a form of how the virus is transmitted. Let's use common since and basic elementary health and science to help keep each other safe. Hopefully management will take the proper action and do the right and safe thing...

Don’t even bother wasting your money here. The food is disgusting and the service is subpar. New ownership and it’s gone completely downhill. The toppings looked like they’ve been sitting out for days and they barely even put any on your sandwich. They charge for “extra” veggies (when really extra is just the normal amount now). They don’t honor any of the subway deals bc the place is so cheap and skimpy now. Two pickles on my sub - what a joke. It was the grossest sandwich I’ve ever had. They’ve clearly switched over to the cheapest ingredients possible bc the meatballs weren’t the same and fell apart, the southwest sauce was different and tasted disgusting, and their drink selection has changed to just pop and tea - cheap. Stopped in earlier today for a quick lunch, we were going to eat inside and quickly decided not to after our experience with whom I assume is the owner. I ordered a chicken wrap, he barely microwaved the chicken then put it on a flatbread, and rolled it up similar to sushi, barely gave any veggies, (which barely looked in date) similar with my fiancés meal, barely toasted and barely anything on it. The man behind the counter was very off putting and dismissive, next time I’d rather drive clear across town. It’s been a few hours now and both of our stomachs are feeling off. I never thought it’d be possible to mess up subway but, here we are. Highly recommend...
