I see a lot of negative reviews about the food and customer service. I attended a school for three weeks and I ordered from Lee's China Bistro at least twice a week due to convenience initially. I was apprehensive at first due to the reviews, but after my first experience I kept coming back. I was always greeted within a minute and I didn't even use the bell thay have at the bar. The food was prepared as I ordered, was prepared in a timely manner (within 10-15 min), and tasted great. My favorite was the szechuan with chicken and beef. It was colorful, spicy, and hit the spot each time. I started with the spiciest option, which was great, but backed it to medium spicy there after. I had the Chicken Lo Mein, which was great, and it provided me leftovers. I also had the Chop Suey. All the options I picked tasted fresh and delicious. The price was on par with what I get back home for Asian cuisine, usually $15-20 per dish. They definitely add more than what many places offer in the respect to vegetables in the dish, which I really enjoyed. The portions were generous and I only finished my meal once in a single sitting. All in all I will make this a staple for my next school at Fort Knox. It is the best meal I have found in and around FT Knox. I am not stationed here so I don't know about local gems, but from what I have experienced in the area Lee's China Bistro exceeded all my...
Read moreI first ate here when my family arrived late on a Friday night, after the PX food court restaurants were closed.
The staff was very kind, engaging, friendly and warm. Customer service was great!
The food however, was not good. At all. So unfortunate, because I live in the community that is a short walking distance from this restaurant. Every day that I walk by it or drive by it, I have the same thought. It’s sad this place isn’t living up to its potential.
It’s in a great location! It has a lot of space inside. It has a large patio outdoor seating area. This place should be alive and busy!
I strongly advise that the owner/management do a complete revamp of the whole business model. Redo the menu and trim it in half. Make and serve only dishes that are fresh, healthy, authentic and modern.
Focus on marketing. Hails and farewells! Retirement ceremonies! Mother’s Day and Father’s Day specials! Friday and Saturday nights hold trivia and karaoke! $2 Long Island iced teas! Offer live music outdoors so people can dance! ETC!
It’s sad that such a great space with so much potential for this community (walking distance to our homes) is not doing any of this. It’s a waste. It needs new management and with the right management it can turn a...
Read moreour food was wrong, when called to see what could be done about the situation the woman who answered the phone not only told me i was wrong, but was VERY rude and said the only way they’d correct the food is if we gave the wrong food back. when asked what would be done with the food we give back she then laughed and said “that’s none of your business”. be VERY cautious ordering from here as they may be serving food that has already been in other peoples homes.

i NEVER said we ate any of the food, we in fact told you AFTER you accused me of lying that we had cut the protein to make sure we weren’t wrong before calling you. EITHER WAY asking for the food back after the fact is disgusting. you all are disgusting and have been reported to the BBB as well as having multiple ICE complaints filed as this isn’t the first time you’ve done...
