McDonald's — Restaurant in Kentucky

I used the mobile app to place an order here as I was approaching the store. As soon as I placed it the app sent me to another location which I thought was weird because I made sure I had the right store when I placed the order. Then of course the order can’t be canceled without calling the store. Not wanting to drive to another location I just went ahead and ordered in the drive thru that’s when I realized why the app did what it did. The app was obviously trying to save me from the total incompetence stemming from this McDonald’s. I ordered 2 breakfast meals, that’s it…no special requests, nothing that would have required any extra time or effort. As soon as I got to the second window I’m handed my drinks and the employee tries to find a spot to tell me to pull into which was almost impossible due to all of the vehicles that were parked waiting for their orders. Exactly sixteen minutes later an employee brings out my order which contained two breakfast sandwiches and only one hash brown. Once I realized I had been bamboozled the employee had disappeared without a trace. Now I have to exit my car and go inside where a poor little old lady is holding up her receipt from thirty minutes prior and she had still not received her food. I have ordered here 4 times each time worse than the last. The last time was given the wrong drink 3 times wrong order and then when I got the correct order it was still missing stuff. When I was inside the workers and customers where yelling at each other. The customers from drive-thru upset how long everything was taking and getting thr wrong food and drinks. The employees screaming at the customers they have to park us as they are timed on how fast they are. At the time it was over 12 parked cars. It took 22 minutes for me to get my kids nuggets and when I got home we didn't get everything just half. The best part the manager who was sitting in the lobby watching it all happen and did nothing. When I went back for my missing food I got attitude and the food tossed to me. I very rarely write bad reviews 1 other time in my life. However save yourself and go to the Lagrange or Crestwood mcdonalds and...

I went through the drive thru and ordered the Double Big Mac meal. After leaving I discovered the sandwich was the single versus the double. I went back to the drive thru and was told go to the pickup window to correct the issue. At the pickup window employee remembered me and I attempted to give him the sandwich he said keep it, we’ll make you another. Then a female employee comes to the window and hands me a small sack, I told her I had a double Big Mac, she rolled her eyes and walked off shaking her head with an extremely poor attitude. Then another female employee comes to the window, I assume the manager, and said, in a very condescending tone, that in the bag were the two pieces of meat that was left off in the first place.
