Not sure what's going on at this location. Pulled up to the drive thru, and I was told to hold on. Waiting waiting. Truck pulled up behind me. Waiting Waiting. He gave up and left. Waiting Waiting. I said "whenever you all are ready". Waiting Waiting. Then I asked "are yal still open?" Waiting Waiting. Another truck pulls up behind me, this time one with a trailer. Waiting Waiting. I hung my head out the window to let him know how long I'd been there with no answer and that the last guy gave up and drove off. Still nothing. I finally pulled around into a space once two cars had pulled up behind him, so that maybe he could pull around to the window to order--since he has a trailer and of course cant pull into a spot. Was nearly immediately able to put my order in once I pulled into a space.
I know people are understaffed and they're probably doing the best they can with the tiny pay people get at these places. And I'm not in a huge rush, so the wait is not a big deal. But it literally takes 10 seconds to just say they're backed up and it's probably going to be a long wait. Or even just put a sign up saying "please pull into a space, drive thru is out of order"

Read moreGot a burger and it had hair all in it. I mean like a chunk of hair. I don't know if it got dropped or what. It literally looked like it had gotten maybe dropped and they didn't care or it was intentionally put on it. I use to work at this sonic and at first it was a great job but then towards the end it turned awful and the younger kids that worked there with me did not care it seemed like about anything they were doing honestly. I would sit later and offered to sit later than I was supposed to so I could help clean up and things. The reason I'm not there working anymore is ridiculous and it hurt me when it happened because it was not my fault what so ever. Read moreUsually Sonic isn't this bad when I go, But the last time I came through recently we waited for 15 minutes in one of the stalls for an online order, We had two small items and a drink. We never got our food, Someone who ordered a whole meal came in after we ordered and got theirs first. We tried to go through the drive through to check on our order, The drive through absolutely was not moving, it was at a standstill for over another 5 minutes. We requested a refund, and pulled around like we were asked and parked. Not only did we, but another customer besides us had to get out and KNOCK on their door to get what we needed because we were waiting so long, meanwhile the drive through still had not moved.
