Subway — Restaurant in Kentucky

Have been getting sandwiches from this location for a long time average 2-3 times a month up to the plandemic i will not go through the drive through because i prefer watching my sandwiches being made certain ways that i requested in the start of my order and when no one was allowed in the store to even purchase a carry out i refused to go now that things are slowly going back to normal and i can go inside to order the service and quality has went down hill my granddaughter love's the meatball marinara and is what she wants all the times i go to subway but that has gotten very hard to get they are usually out of the meatballs now today they said they couldn't serve it becouse someone didn't get it out of the freezer and put in the walkin to thaw a place of business should have everything ready before opening the store and should have anything not ready at open to be ready way before 4:00 pm so my subway day's are coming to the end or at least at this location there are more locations in this city that i may try later they will get a opportunity to try...

I have a complaint on one of your employees. There was a young girl with short colored hair (17-18 y/o) and woman (40s). The young girl was crying when I got in there. The young girl appeared to be doing the most. The young girl asked nicely what needed to go on the sandwich the woman left on the count. The woman raised her voice and said "it's burnt, don't talk to me like that". Then disappeared to the back for 5 minutes just the grab one thing. Clearly that wasn't the first time the young had been yelled at. The woman left that girl up front to finish my order get the window and the lady behind me. I didn't see their names but I think the woman needs to be wrote up, or fired, or demoted if she's closing manager. I get its stressful when you're the only two in there. But the woman should've worked with the girl as a team. Took alot for me not to yell at her....

This Subway is hit and miss for me. I prefer Subway over any other place to eat. The employees are always kind and professional. I've never purchased a bad sandwich from this particular location, which is why I go to this one. The only cons are Subway is getting a little expensive. They average $9.99 for a footlong. If you add bacon that is another $2. That is not even for the meal. When we go, we end up spending about $40 for 4 people. Plus, not all coupons are honored here. There was a coupon for buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 get one free. The only place that honors this is in Lewisport. All locations should honor all coupons.
