Wendy's — Restaurant in Kentucky

Food was mediocre & by that it was warm at most. The staff was useless. Once our order was placed, the girl that took our order took a break, not begrudging a break, but she left the line and did not let anyone know. My order was incomplete, I went back to the counter to retrieve my missing item, that girl never ask if anything was wrong or went to get someone to help, meanwhile another patron came in, we both stood and stared behind the counter for signs of life. Finally the cook noticed and called for assistance. Back at my table, my husband and I then had to listen to the girl and another worker discuss loudly about how they were going to fight someone in the restaurant and how this someone was too afraid to come in and fight. Blah, blah, blah. Then as we went to leave, my husband went to the restroom, he said that there was feces spread all over the toilet seat and stool. The urinal and floor was covered in urine. He refused to use it and said a porta toilet in the middle of summer in a construction site would be cleaner! So, my opinion of this establishment is less than fair. Honestly, it needs a new crew and that may need ti start...

The district manager of this wendy’s doesn’t know how to run a place obviously. She said as, i was standing right beside her in wendy’s, “i better get my stuff up out of here before someone kills me!” i don’t know what you all think about that but i don’t think that should be said in a workplace of any kind, no matter if you think it’s a joke. (yes the person training to take her spot said she was meaning it as a joke) Then when i finally got the courage to stand up and say something about it being unprofessional she wants to pull me to the side, tell me “what you said to me wasn’t very professional either.” and then going on basically to tell me if i don’t apologize that i will be terminated. i didn’t apologize because i felt how i felt and everyone agreed with me. I no longer work there because she terminated me because i wouldn’t say i was sorry. idk about you all but she seems petty to me. there was other events that happened but that would be a very long paragraph, you can go up there and ask almost anyone that what happened was not right and that i was terminated...

Bathroom looks like it was out of the 3rd world. Dirty and it looked like someone vomited in the sink. Toilet paper everywhere. The young vapid clueless girl at the counter was too busy flirting with the cook to properly do her job. Actually took her bare hands and scooped fries out of the warmer and put them in a container and then put it on our tray. I told her that I do not like people handing my foods with bare hands. She copped a nasty attitude. She went back to flirting with the cook. NOT GOING BACK. I guess the only people they can get to work for them is bottom of the barrel. Management is bottom of the barrel too for allowing the bad things you read in the Reviews going on. I would venture to say that if Wendy's did a random drug screen on this franchise the whole thing would probably shut down. The bottom-feeders who own this franchise obviously DO NOT CARE how their customers...
