I was visiting family in Iowa and we stopped in for lunch on our way to Bentonsport. Admittedly, it doesn't look like much when you walk in but what it lacks in ambiance it makes up for in variety, value, and flavor!
My mom and I split the Pork Tenderloin sandwich. Unless you can put away enough food for two or more people, I recommend splitting the sandwich. The kitchen even gave us two buns and halved the tenderloin for us! We also got a side order of fries, which were shoestring, piping hot, and delicious!
The staff was incredibly nice as well.

It was a boiling hot day when I got the chocolate shake and nearly went it was THAT good. I got a chocolate shake and it was creamy, cold, and sweet. But not sickenly sweet, you know? Just right.
This place is worth the stop and the time it takes to prepare your food fresh. Pop in and get a shake. Try a burger while you're at it. Let's do our collective part to keep little food stands like this around. We need more Mom and Pop places...
