Ceviches & Beer Kerman, CA. — Restaurant in Kerman

Been here a few times and each time my experience has been the same. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every single time, I get the same server. She always acts like you are bothering her, like she's doing you favor and like her time on the clock is her time only. She always takes her time to get the basics out to the table (menu, chips and salsa). Drinks of course take another 5-10 to get and then if you don't place your order before she walks away, then you need to wait another 10 minutes. Food to get to table is between 10-15 minutes long ( this is when there is only two occupied tables). So by that time, if you only have a 30 minute lunch you are screwed! The food is SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!!! The last time I dinned there (which is the very last) this server was behind the bar getting someone's plate ready and I noticed her sticking her fingers in the food, and while a young man from kitchen got behind her and started caressing her shoulder and neck with his face while she was getting this plate ready with her fingers. Each time I have gone to the restaurant, I easily spend anywhere $30-$40 for 4 tacos or for 1 burrito!!!! The price and service is not worth the dent on pocket book. Thought maybe helping on a local restaurant was the right thing to do, but apparently it seems like local support is not worthy. Therefore, they will no longer have my support!!! I do...

Tried calling for take out throughout a couple hours. Got the busy signal. I went to the restaurant to order and the guy from the restaurant approached me and asked how he could help. I said I would like to make an order. He said “we don’t have anything”. I mentioned I tried calling for a while and I noticed all employees were huddled around socializing. I asked why they couldn’t answer calls. The guy told me they are closing soon. I asked why the phone line was busy for 2 straight hours and he didn’t respond.

Maybe they ran out of what I wanted to order or maybe they didn’t but the guy never asked me what I wanted to order which was a bit disappointing.

If they run out of anything they assume will be constantly ordered, maybe using their social media accounts to announce that they are currently out of whatever it is they are out of, would be very useful and informative to consumers/costumers. It would save us some time. Or just plug the phone back in and answer calls.

This is the third time I get the same rude servers . I complained the first time because I couldn’t believe how rude the server treated me , the second time I went the same server that I made my complain too put me with the server that I had just complained about . Today AGAIN with the same servers seemed very annoyed at the fact that she had to split our transaction . As she was doing that her and the same guy I’ve been complaining about start talking about us in front of us saying now she knows why he didn’t wanna help us .
