Rise-N-Dine Cafe — Restaurant in Ketchum

Rise N Dine is a fairly new café in Ketchum that is very highly rated. An attractive little place, nicely decorated to give it the small town, country and lake side vibe. Excellent friendly service. Breakfast all day and prepared exactly as you order it. My usual; see the pictures. And once again my wife proclaimed, “That is the best pancake, that I have ever had.” Never heard that at home when I cook. That is why I don’t cook pancakes anymore. Handily located to catch breakfast on the way to Grand Lake, or lunch on the way home. If you are dragging a boat, parking might not work for you. This is a really cute place with a kind staff. Unfortunately they did not have good biscuits & gravy or fried potatoes. The biscuits were dry and tasteless. The gravy was nicely peppered and had a decent texture, but it was clearly just plain cream gravy with chunks of overcooked cheap sausage patties thrown on top like an afterthought.
