Tiki Shack — Restaurant in Key Colony Beach

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour just to be seated, and when it finally came time to order, our waitress rushed us the entire time, making it impossible to look through the menu properly. Once the food arrived, we weren’t even given basic utensils. Pasta was served with just a spoon, and Pizza was served with no utensils as well. When we complained to the manager, their excuse was that “pizza is usually eaten by hand.” That type of assumption and lack of service is completely unacceptable.
