Read reviews and thought I would take my wife and kids there for birthday dinner. Atmosphere is excellent, service is excellent. You’re not elbow to elbow to everyone. Owner’s come and visit each table which is a nice touch nowadays but it was subpar prime rib and I mean subpar. If you have to cut it with a steak knife or use your fingers to pull apart meat something is wrong. Greens beans are good but bland, potatoes are ok but nothing any different than steaming them at home. Rolls were great, salad was great and the cheesecake was some of the best I have had. Now with all of that said can you get better food for less definitely yes without a doubt. Colton’s steakhouse to me and my friend would have satisfied our palates more. This place has nostalgia but food is not were it needs to be to be priced where it is at.. just a honest thought from a guy that has been to a lot of nice high end...

If you're looking for amazing food, you'll find it at 1820 The Family Restaraunt in Keytesville Mo on Friday and Saturday Nights! The meal starts with an amazing salad with the best croutons and your choice of dressing. Warm dinner rolls are then served along with baked potatoes. After that your entree comes with a side of vegetables if you want them. The entrees are mouthwatering good! As if that's not enough, they then bring out dessert. Last time I had the apple crisp with a scoop of ice cream. It was without a doubt the best apple dessert I've ever had.

Drinks are Tea, Lemonade and Water or your choice of Beer or Wine. Their wine selection is all local wines from Missouri. I've had them all, they're all really good.

Simply amazing place, everything is over the top. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, very clean place including the kitchen. The food is above all, and enough leftover for lunch the following day. Everything is served family style which is very fitting. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend making the trip, you won’t leave disappointed or hungry. Their Valentine’s Day Special was like no other. Prime Rib, Lobster and Shrimp with a massive amount of sides, delicious hot rolls and topped off with gourmet strawberries.
