Subway — Restaurant in Kimball Township

I wish I have seen the review of this place before I ate here. Staff and no regards of any type of service. They were out of to go bags and onions God knows whatelse. When I asked for onions in my sandwich I was told we have sign says out of onions I was huh? OKAY! so I red the sign it says out of onion for the night. It’s mean they were out since last night and didn’t have in the morning either. Young guy made me sandwich and didn’t even change his gloves. I would have just stopped there but I dont know I just ignored becaz I just woke up and I am a truck driver. He made me sandwich and distracted with his coworker talking about who’s gonna do what today. After raping the sandwich he just left at the counter and tried to walk away, I was like hey are you gonna bag this? He was like we are out of it then I was like give something so I can carry them out of the store. So he gave me plastic bag and didn’t even put the sandwich in the bag!!!!! I am blown away and u know what I threw these sandwiches in garbage after paying for it. God knows anything was fresh or not...

I ordered a Baja chicken and bacon footlong pro which is menu posted 10.99 the cashier (Brandi) rang me up for 12.99. When I tried to say that the price was different than the stated menu price the employee (Brandi) became extremely rude, called a manager as I tried talking to the manager she (Brandi) continued to over speak me and cut me off and acted in a completely unprofessional manner flipping her screen around in an intimidating manner repeating to me that what she's charging me for is a chicken bacon ranch double meat, I repeatedly tried to explain to her that that is not what I ordered but she (Brandi)just continued to rudely repeat to me the price of a chicken bacon ranch double meat which is not what I ordered my entire experience was extremely unpleasant I will never return and truly hope to save you the pain And headache of dealing with this location stay far away and if it have Brandi as your artist please...

Usually pretty okay, but I got here at about 9:40pm and they close at 10:00pm.. they had already locked the subway door.. kinda lost my respect right there knowing it would only take about 5 minutes to make the sandwich I was going to purchase, plus they don’t take subway deals on app or in store. Kinda a let down to be honest. I come here a couple times a week to pick up food. Think I’ll find somewhere else where the employees will listen a bit more..
