Godfather's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Kimball

Local Customer. when the location first opened service was quite consist until recently. "if" the online ordering is working. which we always try to to utilize the deals/coupons. its a gamble if your food will be done when it says it will. too often the order will be missed completly. our most recent order had a 1LB order of BUFFALO Wings. the wings were braught to us naked with room temp sauce on the side.. my wife brought it to their attention that the order didnt look like a full LB. the worker assured her that 10 wings equals one pound. i weighed it when she come home and it was 12.2 OZ including the container they were in which measured 1 oz empty. there are 16oz in a lb for reference. i hope to see this location thrive and it saddens me to have to write...

I live in Kimball and this place makes me angry just about every time I order from them. they are almost never done with the pizza when they say they will be. in the past they have messed up my pizzas a few times and also forgot entire pizzas, and today they decided it was just fine to leave their iPad logged out so that when I arrived at the time I was told my food would be done, they never even started it. they told me it would take 15 minutes to make my pizzas and it has now been a half an hour and no food, making it now 110 minutes past when I gave them money for pizza. it's hard to be more angry at...

These workers need a raise. There were two people to run both the Subway and the Godfather’s Pizza place. One was brand new. They need help and a raise and then maybe service could be what the business promotes which is “express”. It took 30 minutes for one pizza and not only that but it was restaurant pricing.
