I would like to start off by saying the ambiance of this restaurant is amazing. It was clean and appealing to the eyes. Last night was my first time here and unfortunately probably my last due to how terribly we were treated by the MANAGER SHAUN (not sure on the correct spelling of his name). We came in as a party of 9. We all wanted to come and enjoy some cocktails. We ordered margaritas and they were all TERRIBLE. They tasted like water had been poured into the glasses with food coloring. Zero flavor. We expressed the dissatisfaction to our sweet server and she went to talk to the manger. She came back and said his response to our dissatisfaction was “I put 3 shots in them”. Well we didn’t ask how many shots were put in them we simply wanted them done over correctly or to the removed from the bill because we only took 1 sip out of them. She went back to talk with him again and he stated that he will not remove them from the bill but instead give us a gift card. A gift card was not what we wanted or asked for. I requested that she asks him if we can speak to him directly. It took him about 30 minutes to finally come to our table. Once he came to the table finally he did not greet us. He walked up with a frown on his face and a bad attitude. We told hind the problem that we had with the drinks and he instantly got combative with us. He basically called us a lie because he said he made the drinks himself. I told him if he was so sure about it then he should take a sip out of one of them so he can see how terrible they were. The conversation turned into somewhat of an argument because he just refused to do a simple ask take the drinks away and remove them from our tabs. After all the commotion he started we were not excited about the food that we ordered. We did not think it was wise to spend our hard earned money at an establishment with a manger who treated us so poorly and embarrassed us. We contemplated leaving before the food came, but we stayed. The food was pretty good I must say. We were also denied a request to move inside because it got cold...

My friend and I enjoyed dinner and happy hour tonight at the Kimberly location. All was fine until I went to the bar to use the last paddle that they provide you for happy hour. It was 7:25 and I was told that I couldn’t use it. We had just spent over $70 at the restaurant and wanted to finish out the last of our drinks. I told the bartender I wasn’t aware of this “policy” that they had as our server never told us that when we ordered our last set of drinks at 6:58. I asked if there could be just one exception since we were just wrapping up our night there. He said “no”. I then asked who the manager was and he just pointed to himself. Cool Harvey. I wasn’t asking to get our meal for free or really anything that cost a whole lot of money to you. It was a tap beer. Yet you threw out the word “policy” to me multiple times. As a consumer, I despise that word! I get every place has to have some control and rules, but I wasn’t asking for a whole lot. When I told you that my family had been there two days prior and spent over $100 (we tip 20% + everytime too!) you acknowledged it but yet refused me anyway. I walked away from the bar and vow to never visit this establishment again. I RARELY complain about customer service, but refusing someone over something so minute is ridiculous. Again, we were never aware of your policy and should have been informed when we ordered our drinks two minutes prior to your “policy” deadline. I’m sorry, but you just lost...

We've lived 1/2 mile from there for 3 years; the first time we tried going there when we first moved we couldn't get anyone to give 6 of us food service (and drink service was also awful). We ended up leaving and spending our money at another bar that was happy to have us. At least that day though it was somewhat busy.
Today we tried again; there might have been 20 other customers there. 4 of us sat at a table while two teenage servers either talked to the bartender or wandered around aimlessly together. Another older waitress walked past us twice, looked at us, and kept going. The bartender looked our way half a dozen times and didn't do anything--until another couple came in and sat down, and then he told one of the teenagers to help them after we had sat there for 10 minutes without even getting a drink order. My girlfriend then said something to the bartender as we left about it (as she used to be a server herself) and he was completely apathetic to it. No apologies, just "yeah" and "oh."
So we went somewhere else and dropped our money there and that'll be the last time we try Anduzzi's. It wasn't busy. It wasn't a lack of servers. It's a lack of professionalism.
And management, don't bother posting "sorry, please contact us" because you have one star reviews going back 5-6 years describing the same exact scenario. Even if you gave me a free meal I'd never be able to get it in a...
