McDonald's — Restaurant in Kinder

You walk into the door and the first thing you notice is...the air conditioner is not working, next no one is in the standard McDonald's uniform, the ones preparing the food are not wearing gloves or hair nets. So my family and I ordered a McCafé Mocha Frappé, Dip Cone and Chocolate Triple Thick Shake. What we got was McCafé Mocha Frappé and 2 Chocolate Triple Thick Shake. So relaying that we had ordered a Dip Cone, the manager(wearing a LSU shirt and what look like tiger tattoos on her cheeks) said "no you ordered 2 Chocolate Triple Thick Shake" and with that turned away and continued to do want ever meaningful task she was doing before. No apology, no offer to correct the miscommunication. I decide to leave this no a/c furnace and take my losses. The last problem was this Chocolate Triple Thick Shake, if that was Triple Thick then a regular shake must have had the consistence of water. Avoid this McDonald's...

I went through the driver thru and placed my order. I paid and went to the third window. The lady at the window informed me to pull up and they would bring my meal to me and that they were waiting on the french fries. Well, I waited thirteen minutes and no meal. I went inside to the counter. I waited another two minutes for someone to come talk to me. Finally, either the manager or supervisor asked me if he could help me and I told him I'm still waiting for my meal. He apologized and said he would double my order of fries and I told him that I did't want another order of fries, just my meal. He went to retrieve my order and advised me it would be another two minutes for the fries. I just gave up. Well, he returned my money and gave me my meal for free with a super sized fries. No wonder I haven't gone to this McDonald's in about two years. This McDonald's is slow, overpriced and never gets my...

Buyer Beware! Stopped here tonight (1/9/24) on my way home from work at around 11:30pm. Ordered two -Deluxe- QPC combos (the ones with all the trimmings). Due to water being cut off for them, they subbed me one "apple juice" per combo instead of large drinks. No real problem there, except that they taste horrid (Not the staff's fault on this part, obviously) and are tee-tiny. My actual complaint comes in with the burgers. As stated above, my order had 2 DELUXE quarter pounders with cheese. Once home (about 10 minutes away) and I unloaded for my husband and I to eat, we noticed that they were both -basic- QPCs with next to nothing on them besides a squirt of ketchup and two pickles. The Deluxe burgers cost more. Not to mention I was the -only- customer there.

The. ONLY. Customer. There.

Zero excuses, guys and gals.

I will be checking every part of every order before leaving...
