Rolling Fatties lives true to its name with an "eat it twice" sized burrito delivered for a very attractive base rate of $6.50 for their classic build. Dressing it up with a selection of add ons will raise the rate but the locally sourced meats and cheeses are the definition of Quality You Can Taste. I added local shaved steak and Cabot Monterey Jack to the classic burrito thinking I needed those add ons to make it worth while but the surprising highlight of the dish was the Rolling Fatties "oat groats" and the overall composition and spicing that comes with their signature dish. It was absolutely delicious! Paired with a nice local brew, I was surprised that I wasn't missing meat in this vegetarian offering.
The menu is short and sweet. I saw the owner picking fresh herbs and veggies in the garden behind the shop so I know the ingredients are fresh and local.
Rolling Fatties has a lovely rustic outdoor bar with picnic table seating. It seems ADA accessible and family friendly!
