I hardly ever post reviews, but after three orders in a row that have had issues, I feel like it's warranted. Items were on my burger time and again that I requested to be left off. Luckily, I only hate tomatoes and am not allergic to them. I've gotten home to find fries missing from my order or pudding snack packs missing from my kids' chicken strip dinners. It's about 50/50 whether I receive the right milkshake. If I ask for a sauce, it rarely makes it home. The food tastes good , so I have no complaints about that, but a general concern about the lack of attention paid to my orders. When I was asked to pull up to wait for my order the other day, it was barked at me instead of respectfully instructing me to move forward. I've had times where not a single employee has talked to me after taking my order despite me saying thank you, or in one case asking for something. In fact, when I asked for an extra sauce, the young man working the pickup window audibly said "Ugh!" and rolled his eyes. Customer service is severely lacking at...
Read moreMy wife and I ordered burgers. She ordered hers with nothing on it. I ordered mine with everything on it. We both received burgers with nothing on them. Not a big deal. I took it back and they added veggies. The problem with them was that I think the meat was pre cooked, sitting on a warmer. The cheese on our burgers looked like it was just put on the patties that weren't warm enough to melt it. Nobody that cares about their cooking would put out a cheeseburger looking like that. Looked like a bunch of kids that couldn't care less about the food that they're putting out. I know that when you eat at Braum's you're not getting a gourmet meal, but you can at least melt the cheese onto the pattie before...
