This was and is the worst, dirties, nastiest, fast food or even anything related to food that I have ever seen. We waited over 5 min. to get someone to finally take our order. We watched an older guy TRY to make sundaes, but when he couldn't figure it out, he would throw it off to the side. The ditsy girl that was suppose to be running the front thought it was just the funniest thing. He thought he could handle restocking the ice-cream area but figured out he couldn't even do that. So of course, he threw those off to the side. When we went to fill our drinks while waiting on our food, we saw MANY people come and go because they couldn't get anyone to take there order. We were asked multiple times if anyone was taking care of the front and we told them no. 1 guy and his kid came in and said they had been waiting in the drive up for almost 5min and the car in front of him hadn't moved so he thought he would come in to order. After waiting another 2-3min inside and still, no help whatsoever, he took his kids and told them they would have to find somewhere else to eat. They left. I have never seen so many people leave somewhere before due to no service. When we filled our drinks, while waiting on our food, it was filthy. Lids thrown all over the floor, ketchup everywhere and it didn't look like it had been wiped down at all that whole day. We were there in the evening around 8pm. 3 more people left, no service, and we had at this point been waiting for awhile for our food. I walked up to the front counter to ask about how much longer they thought it would be and I realized the hair. There was hair ALL over the counter and the food all over the floor in the back. If the health department would have went in there, I would be shocked if they wouldn't have shut them down instantly. There were more fries on the floor than in the fryer. It was a wonder someone didn't slip on them. Trash, food, it was everywhere. I have honestly never seen such a filthy, nasty place of business let alone a food establishment in my life. This was the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to and we have 6 kids. I have been to a lot of McDonald's in my life time and this is by far the worst. When we finally got the girls attention, we asked for a refund and she walked off. She went in the back and when she came back she told us they were working on our order. I told her, after seeing how nasty the place was, I didn't want any of the food. My husband demanded a refund and she walked off again, no word to us, just walked off. She came back and said "he will be up here in a minute". Then we started hearing them in the back talking crap about us. Saying how we couldn't even wait 5minutes for our food. We waited longer than that just to order our food, little did he know. We over heard them talking about how impatient we were being. REALY!! He had no idea what was going on up front. When "he" came out, this kid looked 12 and he was all but shaking and walked over to the register to get us our refund. I told him that we waited over 5 minutes before getting our order taken and that it was dirty. I told him about the hair all over the counter and all he could say was "I didn't have enough people scheduled to work today". My guess is, by the looks of him, he isn't old enough to be left in charge, at least by himself. He had no idea what he was doing. He didn't apologize to us, nothing. Just that he didn't know how to schedule the right amount of people. He looked over and saw that we had already gotten our drinks and asked if we were still wanting those. I took that as if we wanted to keep them, we were not getting a refund for them. My daughter told him she had already started drinking on hers and my husband, even though the Coke was not right, he would just do whatever. He didn't care at this point. The kid aka Shift Manager refunded everything but the drinks. My husband told him that they had probably a good 20 people come and go because they couldn't get any service and it didn't seem to...
Read moreWe will not be returning to this restaurant. We waited probably 20 minutes in the lobby to be waited on, no employees were even acknowledging the customers in the lobby, we weren't the only ones. After we finally ordered, we waited probably another 30 minutes to be served. During that time, several people entered from the drive thru with either incomplete, or wrong orders, or cold food. There was a customer inside that got his order, a chicken sandwich, that had no chicken! The family that ordered after us, a family of 4, same as us, got their order first, except their drinks which they had to tell the staff the drink order. Finally, it was our turn, we got our food, minus 2 orders of fries, and the 2 fries in the bag were ice cold. We also had to remind them of our drinks. The staff acted nonchalant, like they were just there for a check but didnt really know what they were doing, or just simply didnt care. We could have headed down the road to the next town, ordered and eaten and headed on our way to reach our destination 4 hours away and saved time if we wouldnt have stopped at this McDonald's in Kingman, KS. Also, the manager was very rude, saying that it is still covid and there is a 10 person limit in the lobby. There were four groups of families which stayed together, and at least 6 feet away from the other families! If they were worried about the time frame people were in contact, they should have gotten their act together and done their job in a timely and professional manner! Before anyone says anything, I used to train people to work in McDonald's restaurants, so yes, I do know how it should be done, they weren't even close. If that happened at my McDonald's, everyone would have been terminated, and the restaurant closed...
Read moreI waited at the register, no one noticed me for awhile I could hear them talking in the back. Finally an employee came out on his way home. He was filling his personal drinking bottle at the fountain while they were taking my order, which she did with an attitude like I was bothering her. Even at 6 feet away I could smell his horrendous body order, the smell was overwhelming. I was patient waiting my turn while he filled yet another drinking bottle. Thinking about this smelly person touching all the parts of the fountain I was about to use and possibly being the one who cooked my food, almost made me ask for my money back but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, it was a hot day and I worked in plenty of fast food as a teenager I know how hot it gets. Though I was the only customer it still took 5 minutes to get my to go order. I thought "Well at least it will be hot and fresh, they probably had to cook it." No! Not in the least! My fries were cold, literally Cold, like they had set out, not even under a warmer. My burger was a sloppy mess and luke warm. After a few bites of this catastrophe, thinking about the smell of the employee, though I was starving and really needed something in my stomach between appointments, I just couldn't eat anymore! I don't ever expect much from McDonald's, it is what it is, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast...
