Wedding planning is stressful! Working with this sweet lady, is not! Stephanie was a breeze to work with. She communicated with me almost immediately throughout the entire process. She answered every question, gave her own expertise when I asked because I’m indecisive, she went out of her way to get the flowers for the cake so I didn’t have to stress about it, and she delivered it which is the best! I can't say enough wonderful things about Sweet Caroline's Kings Mountain, NC cakes! She surpassed all my expectations with this Disney World cake for my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner (which is all edible, exceptfor the topper)! He proposed in front of Cinderella's castle and they're going to Disney for their honeymoon. When I first showed her pictures of the cake I wanted, I never dreamed it would look even better than the original...but it definitely did! It was absolutely delicious as well! I’ve used Sweet Caroline’s to many times to count! Stephanie has made several birthday cakes for my children’s birthdays and other celebrations. One morning I called her needing a last minute cake - she had it ready that afternoon. She made my daughter’s wedding cake and everyone loved it! She is always prompt and professional! Her cakes are worth the price of her craftsmanship! We once had a fondant number get broken after she delivered the 50th birthday cake (boys will be boys).... she came back and fixed it before the party!...
