Wandaful Things — Restaurant in Kingsland

We were traveling nort from Florida and got off the exit and we’re looking for something more delicious then the typical highway exit food. Boy were we in for a treat at Wandaful things. Everything looked delicious but I got the fried shrimp PO boy. It was spectacular and robably the best I ever had and I have had my share. I also got the truffle fries (a must) with “magic mayo” sauce (heaven)!! My wife got the grilled chicken pesto sandwich with grilled veggies and it was also terrific!!! We washed it all down with a delicious fresh smoothie. The owner and chef were very nice and friendly. Trust us, it was worth the extra couple of minutes to drive. As we head back in a couple of weeks, we are definitely stopping again!!!! Very nice...

We planned a trip to VA to celebrate Christmas with the Family, however, I didn't want to spend time cooking.... Chef Wanda Clark to the rescue! She prepared and packaged a Christmas feast with Turkey (she went above and beyond and carved it for us!) Chicken & Dumplings all the fixins', rolls and a variety of desserts. She provided all the instructions for heating everything as required. She even met us at 8am Friday morning before we hit the road! Everything was yummy! The entrance is hard to find, it’s to the left of the red brick house, I will attach a picture because thats just how good the food was. You have to try it. By far the best lunch I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating, I’ve never been to a restaurant and absolutely LOVED everything I tried. AMAZING, fresh, great quality food. The owner is absolutely amazing as well, gave us mac and cheese and the soup of the day just because she wanted us to try it and experience her other dishes. I got the “Chop it up” pork sandwich and I have never had that tender and juicy of pork, the sauce with it was a perfect pair. 20/10 recommended and I WILL be back. Thanks...
