Arby's — Restaurant in Kingsport

I had problems with Arby's before but to give them credit they did compensate me for their mistake. So I gave them another chance. I was using a $7.49 coupon for Beef and Cheddar meal. Did not notice cost until I got back to work and saw receipt. They charged me $8.49 plus tax. Well of course I brought it to their attention. Today I got a phone call that was insulting to say the least. Talked to me like I was two years old. She said oh, we don't have small anymore so you were upgraded to a medium. I did inform them that the coupon was new, it didn't state for a (small). Then I ask her is it not false advertisement when you send out a coupon for something you don't have. Wonderful customer service and team work!! I had placed a mobile order through the app to this location by mistake, so I called them and explained what happened and asked if I could cancel the order since I don’t have a “cancel” option on my order confirmation screen.

The assistant manager said they could not cancel the order, but she may be able coordinate with another store transfer my order to the Johnson City location I intended to pickup from. She was very friendly to speak with and seemed like she genuinely cared.

Pulled up to the window after they took our order she took our card asked for a receipt ignored our request slammed the drive thru window in our face and right behind the lady theirs a manager on a FaceTime call for one us very unprofessional especially at a fast food restaurant…. 10-15 minutes later finally get our food rude young man gives our food and we get the window slammed in our face once again!!
