So, the closest store to my house is actually the Center Street Domino's in downtown Kingsport but I go out of my way to order from this store due to the fact that first of all, they can count to 8 and secondly they will actually answer their phone if you need to speak to a human about your order. I have given the Center Street store chance after chance to redeem themselves to no avail. They will give you 6 of the tiniest crunchy cinnamon twists that almost break ur teeth if you still try to consume them since u paid full price still instead of 8 that are given the opportunity to rise properly before baking that come out fluffy and perfect like the Fort Henry store makes them. And every single time I ordered from the store downtown, they either left out an entire item or gave us 6 instead of 8 of something or once or twice they actually misplaced our whole order! Twice one time! We sat outside in the parking lot waiting for a meal for over an hour that time because they recooked it and lost it again then finally got it to us the third time! Seriously, how the heck do you misplace three pizzas, an order of wings, a specialty bread and cinnamon twists??!! TWICE NON THE LESS?! But again, that is why I now drive out of my way to order from the Fort Henry store because they have never made one mistake with our orders, the food quality is ALWAYS WORTH IT and if they were to ever make a mistake.. they WOULD ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Good luck getting thru to the Center Street Dominos when they mess up or lose ur order altogether because they will let it ring and ring and ring until it hangs up on u and if by some magical chance they actually do pick up, they quickly say ty for calling dominos hold please... CLICK. I have been put on eternal hold and also picked up and hung up on when they get tired of the ringing phone as well so I no longer buy from that store. How are you supposed to tell anyone that your order is wrong if they won't answer their daggum phone?! I just cannot say enough about the Fort Henry store being well worth the added miles and time to drive there and back. Your food quality will speak for itself. And the staff is so friendly compared to the other store as well. Never have had even one problem...
Read moreThe gentleman taking the order over the phone, and the delivery gentleman were both nice and professional (which is the only reason I gave 2 stars, otherwise I guess they would've gotten the least mandatory 1 star). I want to start out by saying we are VERY understanding people. We both know how restaurant work,, and customers can be sometimes, BUT this was completely unacceptable. The food was very disappointing. Got a large thin "Cheese" pizza for my daughter that was burn all the way around, and the cheese was blackened. That unfortunately isn't the worst part. The worst part was the smell. Like the WHOLE thing was made from old, moldy cheese. Ew!! 🤢 Love my daughters heart too. She had eaten 5 small squares before she said it didn't really taste good, but she didn't want to have wasted the money by not eating any. My husband even tried a piece (because anyone with kids knows how much they can exaggerate anything), and he even said it tasted like the cheese was bad, and explained to our daughter that she NEVER HAD to eat something that didn't taste right because she's thinking about money. And to not ever feel bad about it. She didn't cook it. It wasn't her fault. I really didn't expect that from Domino's. We could've gotten better from Little Ceasars or Pizza Plus. Will NOT be ordering anything from there for quite some time, if ever ....SHAME! I hope now she doesn't get sick. 🤞🏼Not only will they have a bad review on Google, but a not so nice phone...
Read moreI did review this place last year and gave it 5 stars cause I thought they made the best thin crust...not so much now. Firstly, the pizza has gotten worse and worse. Now it's not bad...I'm just saying it's not the best around here. I've been getting Pizza Hut more and more lately and they've been great. My kids like Little Caesar's. Not a huge fan but can't beat pizza for $5 and actually like their new thin crust and pretzel bread pizza...service is also good there.
Now the reason for the 1 star is this...ordered 3 pizzas, 2 pastas and 1 sandwich at 7pm to eat while watching March Madness. When it was delivered 1 pizza was missing. Guy said no problem...he would go back and have it made and bring it back...ok no big deal. Well 2 hours later and still no pizza. Called and they said they would make it and bring it out. 1 hour later and still no pizza. Called again and was told it was on the way. Shortly after a woman delivered it and said "oh it's free". She didn't know what was going on. I said well no it's been paid for but it should be free since it took 4 hrs to get here...it was past 11pm at this point. She did apologize which is appreciated but what got me was her breath...reeking of alcohol. Lol...I couldn't believe it! What's going on with this place? Won't be getting pizza from there for...
