Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kingsport

My child goes to high school really close to this store. So we make probably 2-3 stops a week here. Not anymore. We ordered 4 drinks- 2 of which were just sweet teas, avocado toast and a doughnut. We get to the window to pay and get our items and the girl working the window was very nice. However the manager was not! She told the cashier “we didn’t have a big line until this car!” LIKE I CANT HEAR HER! It wasn’t like we had 10 complicated drinks. Then my daughter’s pumpkin spice latte was disgusting. Tasted bitter and watered down. So she took it inside and asked for them to remake it. AGAIN, the manager who made the comment at the window, looks at her and scoffs and says “what did you say is wrong with it? Because nothing is!” My daughter who is usually timid told her it was nasty! This is unacceptable behavior. To work in the food service industry and be a manager also! The staff here is always nice, and usually very quick. However the past few times I’ve been there, I’ll order avocado toast, and they don’t toast the bread at all. I get how they might be in a hurry and not toasted enough or just completely forget to test it at all, but it’s happened multiple times now. This morning in particular, I ordered avocado toast with roasted tomatoes, and they gave me bacon, and still didn’t toast the bread. It also took them A while to acknowledge me at the window to pay. I still like this location, and I respect the fact that sometimes you get busy and make mistakes, but it’s just happening...

Best of the bunch. Cld live on jelly donuts.but i do call them hell because they love me as well. Especially my butt. The older i get the more they like me. But in all the wrong ways. But after much thought and skipping several meals. They wont b the death of me. The last cpl years has been hard on all of us. Sometimes all you have to look forward too is a little round jelly donut. So cut yourself a break. Enjoy a few little donuts.
