Hot Dog Hut Bloomingdale — Restaurant in Kingsport

I don't know what everyone else is saying it's such a great hotdog y'alls pallot must be the flavor of cardboard. First off I ordered 2 hotdogs with chili,slaw mayo and mustard. The chili was dry no flavor just a lot of grease and no sauce. The slaw was nothing more than cabbage and carrots that's it I don't even think it has mayo in it or nothing just dry cabbage. And you can't even taste the mustard in it cause your too busy trying to get the grease stuck to the top of my mouth. Overall nothing more than a bland flavorless hotdog I ordered 2 and gave the other to the dog matter of fact it's still sitting in her food dish 3 hours later. The only good thing I can say is it was fast service of course we was the only ones in there so go figure. Would not recommend this place to my enemy's. Such a big waste...

My hotdog was great! I also ordered the special, which was chicken & dumplings. It was delicious, but all of my dumplings except two were very, very small. It was still very tasty. I will try one of the other locations from now on, though. The girl who took my order seemed to be bothered by my presence. I really wanted to give this place a shot but I’ve been in twice and have not been served. One person taking orders and making food does not work with multiple customers in line. I guess I’ll have to try the original location that I hear is better. Not that poor guys fault trying to take orders and turn out dogs by himself, I blame the managers and ownership.
