Italiano’s of Kingsport — Restaurant in Kingsport

Italiano’s of Kingsport is garbage. Had a pizza delivered the other night, and half of the toppings had slid off to the other side of the pizza, leaving a pile of grease and blob of cheese pulled in the corner of the box while my crust was soggy and partially uncooked. Called to bring it up, and they offered me a credit. Since this was the second time this had happened (I didn't call back the first) I asked if I could get a pasta and salad instead. They told me id have to pick it up, so I did. I got home, and not only was my chicken Parm burnt on the bottom, but my salad had two separate large knots of hair in it, one I pulled from my mouth. I called BACK, still being understanding and trying to be polite, and was told I could receive a refund, and when I went in today to get it, was only given a refund for the cost, not tax or delivery fee, and at first was told they don't give refunds and had to wait for the owner to be contacted AGAIN. I used to think this was the best pizza in Kingsport but I will NOT be going...

Incredible Food & Generous Portions – A Hidden Gem in Kingsport!

We had an amazing experience at Italianos on Ridgefield Road! From start to finish, everything was phenomenal. We ordered the garlic knots with cheese, Alfredo pasta, a fresh salad, and the vegetable spaghetti — every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The garlic knots alone are worth the visit — soft, cheesy, and absolutely delicious!

The restaurant has a relaxed, self-serve setup. You seat yourself, place your order at the counter, and the food is brought right to your table. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient.

One thing to note: the portion sizes are huge! You’ll definitely want to bring your appetite — or at least grab a take-home box. The value for the quality and quantity of food is outstanding.

I loaded up my v vehicle one day and decided to go over to Kingsport with a good friend and just make a day of looking being outside and enjoying the day with just being together and looking around. Well by the time I got there, my kids started saying they were hungry. My friend had suggested this place to stop and eat. I had never been in an had no idea what to expect but to my surprise when I walked in, it was a really nice place and the environment was great. We were seated and then when we decided what to order, I went up and placed the order and they were really nice and friendly and the food was really great. We had a wonderful time there and it seemed to stick with me about coming back. You had easy access to park and the place was really clean and taken care of and the bathroom's were to my surprise very clean and it was a really nice place to go and take the kids and enjoy ourselves.
