Honestly disgusted in the treatment we received tonight around 8:00PM.

After a pleasant experience with the waitress, one of the members in the party received a meal she wasn’t pleased with, and while a mishap in ordering may have occurred we simply asked for something else, not for it to be free. The server took the plate away and put in the new order and everything was fine. While we already felt bad and awaited the new order, a glass broke at the table adjacent to us. Niomi (Red Hair) apparently the manager walked over and rolled her eyes didn’t say a single thing and cleaned up the broken glass, as she passed our table she felt the need to stop. She turned to the person with order and goes ‘you ordered it this way, just making that clear’ , never introduced herself, just went into a tyrant for no apparent reason and loudly. Again apologizing to her she then proceeds to go ‘I’ll give it to you this time throws up hands but remember for next time.’ Niomi proceeded to talk down to not only our party member but everyone at the table, rudely explaining a situation she wasn’t even present for. This was so uncalled for, the sheer embarrassment was like nothing I’ve ever seen. What manager comes over to play the blame game. We go out quite frequently, always in our best behavior, especially to the wait staff. After this she walked away and the food was delivered, I politely asked for a manager, while the person in our party excused herself teary eyed. The manager to return happened to be Niomi, who just happened to walk past the table rolling her eyes asking ‘why is she crying?’ Seriously, the rudest interaction and individual, who proceeded to make it our fault for her response and reaction. The food and atmosphere, including the waitress were so pleasant, but we were so shamed and in disbelief we packed up our food and asked for the bill, cutting our night short. I cannot return to this establishment nor recommend it while Niomi single handily destroys its reputation and shames another human so publicly. As we are new to the area, this will unfortunately be our first and last visit.

Our experience there tonight was truly disappointing, to say the least.

We had Leah as a server: not only was the baseline service subpar (being generous), but the food came out cold, the steak was way too overcooked, and our appetizer came out after our meal. I had to jump out of my seat to get the server's attention, as she walked past several times, refusing to look up from the floor. When we informed Leah that the steak was overcooked, she first said, “This has been happening all night.” Then she said, “There’s not much that can be done about it now,” and left the steak on the table. Like, what? Plenty could have been done about it, but dismissing it was not one of them. The manager came out to see us when we were leaving, and although she was kind by allowing us to vent our frustrations, nothing was done about it. I understand that the place can be a hit or miss, but that was a brutal miss; probably the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in some time. It will likely be a while before we try it again; indeed, we will not go for the steak, zero of five stars: from the poor service, to the cold, overcooked food, to the lack of accountability or consideration. This is the first bad review I've submitted, and perhaps next time, it will give me a reason to remove it (I'm not a bar person, but that seems to be the spot to get good service there, so maybe try that in the future). We arrived at 1pm on a Monday afternoon. Today if we want to sit outside if a table is empty just grab it. One table available but hadn't been cleaned from previous customers. We sat down thinking wait person would be along to clean table. 20 minutes later a waitress asked if we were done. Sorry waiting for table to be cleaned and put in a drink order and get menu's. Ok 10 minutes waitress comes back with water and gives menu's and said I will be right back to clean table. Ok now I'm really getting ready to leave. No my partner says . So another 10 minutes waitress comes back place not only our drink order but food too.our dinner comes out a salad and chicken plate along with dri KS. Ok we had also ordered an appetizer which never came. Mentioned to our waitress we had also ordered the apps. The respond was it's coming I only have 2 hands. Now I am done. Ready to pd and get out. No my partner is starving and will eat there salad. Our appr comes out another 5 minutes later. I2 and 1/2 hours to get one drink each a shrimp cocktail a salad and a chicken plate with French friends. Don't forget an attitude from waitress who only has 2 hands. Will never be back.
