Fremont Pizzeria of Kingston - FPK — Restaurant in Kingston

Have raved about this place since my first visit but tonight I was served crap and rudely insulted by the "manager". I live 6 minutes away and was denied delivery because I'm just over the town line. Ok, stupid but that's their rule. Of course I told the girl it was a stupid rule but never raised my voice. My father kindly offered to pick it up as I had spent all day in a hot attic and had just gotten home. $40 for a large pizza and some "wings". Pizza was literally wet and soggy, wings were rubber skin and greasy as well. When I called the "manger" said if I had a problem I should have gone myself and not sent my dad to fight for me......Seriously!!! 8 hours in an attic and he said that's my problem not his. Never have I been spoken to so poorly by a representative of any company! I will never return to this place. He even laughed about the food like they did it on purpose because I offend them somehow. Delicious food the steak tips and rice pilaf are my favorite but I never pass up getting the boneless buffalo tenders they're better than any of the surrounding pizza places the chicken is juicy the breading isn't too much and they're always slathered in a really good sauce. Definitely not the standard flat frozen tenders that most places have. Take out is quick never any mistakes. Delivery is also quick even when they're busy and if you want to dine in it's a very friendly cozy environment.

EDIT: I do have to agree with some other recent reviews that sometimes the steak and cheese subs are very small and it feels like it's a portion meant for a small sub instead of a large. I also wish they would edit their hours on Google It says they're...

We found this accidentally after ordering by phone, thinking we were ordering from their Freemont location. I stopped in to find that they didn't have our order. When they asked if we ordered there or from the Kingston location, we realized our mistake. Fortunately, we were taking pizza to our children in Amesbury, MA, and the Kingston location was right on the way and actually closer to them. Food and service were good, though I'm from NJ and a bit of a pizza snob. You can check out my review of the Freemont location for more details.
