Starbucks — Restaurant in Kingsville

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor and rude management. It's the first week of school and they're already out pf iced coffee and failed to make cold brew. By the second week they're still out of iced coffee, so I order a cold brew instead. I like my coffee strong so I ask for a shot of espresso and the frumpy manager tells me NO, and says the cold brew is too strong for that. She then rushes me through the line and doesn't let me finish my order. This same manager also lectures and nags employees in front of customers. Sure, we're only college students why do we deserve good customer service? So here I am sipping my weak cold brew and I am never coming back to this...

First, anyone is allowed in here, students, people of kingsville and surrounding areas. If your not a student there is a visitors parking lot across from the Memorial Student Union Building, where starbucks is listed. During the summer they are only opened M-F 7am-2pm, during school they are open M-F 7am-9pm and Saturday 7am-2pm. Overall they are a good place for coffee, unfortunately they are under the standards of Aramark and not Starbucks, also at times a bit slow. Worst coffee ever made and there is this one older lady that is rude. Literally wanted a simple cold brew with oat milk and 2 pumps sugar free syrup and they couldn’t even do that correctly, keep in mind they barely filled the cup with cold brew and i watched this girl add water to the fill the cup and barley put any oat milk. They need new workers or at least some workers that have actual experience of making coffee. We students pay a lot of money to come to this school and to get terrible service and gross coffee isn’t...
