I am disappointed to report that they have begun a āservice surchargeā, or something of similar sorts. This is a resturant I frequent when traveling along US HWY 70, on a quarterly basis. I have enjoyed the food, and service⦠but this extra fee, is where I will have to draw the line regarding my future patronage. When I questioned the fee, they said it is a credit card processing fee. As a senior executive of a major conglomerate, I have been in numerous board meetings regarding credit card fees, as this can become a a major expense for companies. After these meetings and thorough evidence based, peer reviewed research, the average credit card fee should be no more than $0.07 USD, specifically for resturant such as this with an average meal price of $13. This establishment has charged me $0.50 and $1.00 for this new fee. This is an additional line item to gouge the public, which in my opinion is cruel, considering the poor economic circumstances we are all experiencing.

I met a friend at this place and the waitress started off great, however; as she got other tables I guess we became invisible. It took the food a long time so I was expecting it to be sizzling hot right no wrong. Then they brought my friend and my food and we had to ask for my granddaughters food. They didn't bring all of the food. After finally getting all of the food It was warm. The waitress didn't come back to check on us. The trash piled up on our table while she went back and forth to the 2 tables behind us. In which one of the tables had an ex employee sitting there so I called another waitress to get the manager. He comes out and first bumps the guys at one of the tables and politely addresses the ex employee and her friends before cutting his smile off when coming to our table.
