Piggly Wiggly — Restaurant in Kinston

Vocelli pizza used to be great but you can tel they have given up . The ingredients taste as if they are the cheapest possible for instance the do they use for the pizza taste exactly like Costco pizza which for Costco price I guess is fine but I try to avoid so when my pizza came today and I literally had to cut it into small prices otherwise it would have pulled my teeth out trying to get a bite. The cheese had no flavor and make sure you ask for sauce because it seems they must either have a shortage or forgot. I tried a sub and the same thing happen look like the meatball sub was put together they forgot the cause so just put it on the edge of the sub. Please fix your ingredients or don’t offer this to people my dog wouldn’t even eat it. She tried but thought the dough was a chew toy not something edible. The pepperoni is great and it does look like my order was put together by someone who cared so I do appreciate that. That will be the last time I order there and will highly recommend you try ANY other pizza place unless the world has been taken over and this is your only choice. Sorry Vocelli you can’t have a great pizza a-couple years a go and then go to horrible ingredients it’s the best way to kill your business. UNHEALTHY FOOD STANDARDS! PLEASE AVOID! I attempted to order from this restaurant about an hour ago, and after what i have experienced, I will never be returning to this location. After submitting my order via phone, i was told to wait ten minutes then to come pick it up, and upon arriving was told it would be another 6 minutes of waiting, which is no big deal right? Well...what prompted me to write this review is that from the front of the restaurant, you have a view of the kitchen, where i could see one of the workers putting toppings on pizzas BARE-HANDED. Yes, you read this correctly, one of the workers at this establishment was putting toppings on pizzas BARE-HANDED. After seeing that, i backed out of the restaurant and swore never to eat there again. Now normally, this would be where the story ended, but the worker then had the AUDACITY to CALL me after i had just seen him bare-handedly putting toppings on what was supposed to be my lunch, and asked me to pick up and pay for this pizza. I responded saying i had just seen him do this bare-handed, and to cancel my order, but this worker wouldn't take no for an answer, and kept cutting me off, insisting that i "couldn't cancel the order" to which i responded "watch me" and ended the phone call, along with blocking this number. PLEASE, for your own health, avoid this location...

This Friday night is a night like no other, and it is my time to eat what I want for dinner. I knew what I wanted to order even before I came here, and tonight it was the spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs. I know that the have an awesome Mediterranean salad, because I've ordered it from this restaurant before. But tonight I wanted to take on some extra calories, because I deserve it! This place does offer outdoor seating, but it's by no means a full service type of restaurant. They specialize in delivery and take out orders. So after I placed my order, I went back and chilled in my car. I went back inside about ten minutes later, and my order was prepared and ready.
