Very disappointing when you consider that their pizza is actually quite a bit tastier than most Fox's we've experienced. However, the customer service and poor handling of deliveries for us has been trying our patience, and we've recently decided to not get our pizza here any longer. We've had delivery delays upwards of two hours, which is not an exaggeration. We've tried pickup, only to have delays and lukewarm/cold pizza as a result. Not sure what happened here but it's been one issue after another, and sadly we're moving on. The second star is for their great-tasting pies, which can't be taken away from them.
UPDATE (8/14/2021): We caved and tried a couple more times, and once again - almost a year later - this location keeps letting us down. They blame IT for their website not doing what it's supposed to do. Where is the management at this place? Is this laziness or just incompetence? ONLINE ORDERING DOES NOT WORK, and yet our card gets charged and we have to go through the nonsense of disputing the charge. The manager has sent people home "early" and called us to cancel the order prior to this one. Pathetic display of customer service and business practice. We are the customer offering money for a product, and this is how we're treated. Okay, NOW we're done with this place. Spread the word. Completely unacceptable for you to take my money for my order at 8:40 pm and let me sit waiting for over an hour and a half. By 10pm I still had no food, I’m out $25 and your business was closed. Read moreI ordered food at 5:45 being told 45 mins for delivery. I called back at 7:15 wondering where our food is, and I'm told that the driver took the food to the wrong location. She advises me that she has to wait for her driver and then our food will be delivered. She offered a 20% discount. My food arrived at 7:50, cold and disgusting AND I was still charged full price.
