A Sweet Celebration of Scoop Ice Cream Scoop Ice Cream in Celebration is a gem as cool as their homemade treats! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles (special shoutout to the lovely Nicolette, whose kindness could melt the hardest of hearts). It’s like stepping into an ice cream paradise where you’re treated not just as a customer but as family. The homemade ice cream is a revelation—each flavor bursting with creativity and care. From classics with a twist to their innovative sugar-free and dairy-free options, they cater to everyone, including your fur babies (yes, they’re pet-friendly too)! And let’s not forget how patient they are—whether you’re sampling your way through their unique flavors or trying to decide between a cone or cup, they’ll never rush you. The owners have truly added something special to Celebration. Scoop Ice Cream is more than just a shop; it’s a place where sweet memories are made. So, if you haven’t yet, go treat yourself—and don’t forget to say hi to Nicolette! She’ll make your day even sweeter. Thank you for bringing some extra sweetness to our beautiful town ! Such a great addition !

It’s a charming little ice cream spot with a cozy and inviting vibe. I decided to try the Banana Split, and while the flavors were enjoyable, the presentation didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It lacked that extra touch that makes a dessert visually appealing. While taste is the most important factor, a well presented treat always adds to the experience. It wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, but I’ll let you be the judge. Take a look at the picture and see for yourself.

The ice cream here was pretty good 🍦 — creamy and flavorful, with a nice variety of choices. I’m not sure if it’s truly homemade, but it reminded me a lot of the flavors I’ve had at Disney Boardwalk, which was a pleasant surprise. The portions are fair, the little waffle piece on top adds a fun touch, and the shop itself has a cute, colorful vibe. It’s not the most unique ice cream I’ve tried, but definitely a nice stop if you’re spending time in Celebration.

I have no idea if the ice cream is any good, I was never able to purchase any. I entered the store with my wife and stood by the counter for over 15 minutes. Apparently you order on the other side, but the two women working behind the counter never told us that, never asked us if we wanted anything, or needed help, and pretty much didn't ever acknowledge we existed. A giant party of 10+ people eventually walked in, and I guess they know the staff, because they were warmly greeted and instantly served. As both women behind the counter started frantically working to make their order, they never once looked at us.

I will never waste my time going to this side of town again. I honestly didn't even know it existed. It's like a weird ghost town over there. Kilwins is much better, faster, and 100000000x more customer service oriented.

And please don't bother with whatever disingenuous response you have ready to go. I'm not calling/emailing/coming back. Ice Cream shouldn't be this...
