Bedrock Lobster Pound — Restaurant in Kittery

My first experience with Bedrock was grabbing live lobsters at an unbeatable price of $5.69 lb. We steamed them at our campsite and it was great. It's CASH ONLY so be prepared for that.

On our way out of town, we stopped back in for the $12 lobster rolls. I was too hungry to take a picture. but you can't beat it for the price. It's on a soft hamburger roll, made light on the mayo, and super fresh lobster meat. The shop itself is adorable. You're greeted by the friendly owner who can guide you on exactly how to cook your meal. He has a blue lobster and horseshoe crab in the tank, not for sale, but cool to look at!

This place has live Maine Lobsters and offer an original old fashioned Lobster roll. Come here for a truly classic style New England Lobster Bun. The owner is almost 83 years old and she is a sweet friendly lady that has been doing things right for a long time. Lastly, the price is wicked affordable only $10.00 a roll. Come on down I definitely recommend this place for a quick on the go bite and brig home so live and kicking...

The most important thing here is...they actually tare the bag weight to zero beforehand! 99% of seafood markets double up the bags and do not zero the scale this can be an extra $3.00.
