Casey's — Restaurant in Knoxville

The only reason I come to this Casey's frequently is because it is very close to where I live and there are good cash back rewards through both Casey's and Upside. However, I am consistently disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this location.

There are always no gas pumps available. Either they are all taken up, or one or two of them are not working. This is especially frustrating when I am in a hurry.

The station is also located in a shady area. There is frequent panhandling right at the door of the convenience store.

The bathrooms are always trashed. There is always toilet paper everywhere and it is obvious the floors in the bathroom are not cleaned.

The only reason I am rating this location two stars instead of one is because the cashiers are generally nice. However, that is not enough to make up for the poor service and cleanliness of this location.

I would avoid coming to this Casey's if possible. There are much better Casey's and Weigel's locations...

I'm giving this location 3 stars and I assure you that each and every star is based solely on the fast and friendly folks running this pathetic excuse for a store. I cannot speak for the women's but the men's room is just...ewwww ! Not only awful but it's just a single toilet also and I have yet to visit this location that I did not have to wait for the use of the nasty room and if there were any other places that offered a public restroom nearby I would certainly be patronizing that store. I know Casey's bought these stores from pilot but if they can renovate all the stores with pizza ovens you'd think they could have thrown a few bucks on these restrooms at this location 🤣 and give those hard working employees a store they can be proud to work at. If I could give no stars I would. Panhandling increased exponentially. Bought Vuse pods for 2 weeks opening in front of cashier to make sure they are good. Today all different cashiers, opened up 1-4 pack of pods and all 4 were dark, orange scorched color. I said I wont take these, these are all bad, she took all 4 to the back came back out and said you cant open them here, you can open 1 more hopefully they are good. I again explained I purchase around $25 every 2 days on these and I need to make sure all pods are good. Again, she said cant open in store. I then said all cashiers last 2 weeks HAD NO ISSUE opening up nicotine product, I get harrassed for money both coming in and out by panhandlers now this. You can bet I'll poorly review and take my business elsewhere. No more shopping there, it's too dangerous and you get robbed by management trying to purchase products....
