Kosy Wings & Daquiri Factory — Restaurant in Kosciusko

Food was pretty good. Had a shrimp po boy and 10 wings. Issue was I placed my order online. It said it would be ready in 45 minutes which already seemed like a long time.

When I checked with the counter they said it wasn't ready. Went in the back and said it would be 5 more minutes. Waited out in my car cuz covid and when I came in found out they didn't even have my order in the back and it hadn't been started.

Not sure what she checked when she went back there the first time but obviously not on my order. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it.

At least it was nice and fresh but 1.5hrs for 10 wings and a po boy is a little crazy. They were nice but didn't really offer anything for the trouble either. Just blamed their system.

TLDR don't order online and give yourself...

We had lunch here and had a great meal enjoyed the place and were tended well. We had the garlic parmesan wings which were great prepared naked fried (batter free) and a burger it was fair needed a little more spices added to the patty. If you are going to go have plenty of time. It took about 35 minutes for our order to come out after we placed it. There was only one person before us and he received his order just before we placed ours. We ordered a virgin daquri to finish off our visit. Food was great . But we specifically came up here for some drinks . Ordered the drinks and the lady took 30 min to make our drinks . We had to get a refund on the drinks but mean while she over there making drinks and pouring shots for her friends . I really didn't understand the purpose . It was very unprofessional. & then tried to charge us for 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered because she had already made them . But was still no where...
