Hiro Hibachi — Restaurant in Kosciusko

This restaurant used to be ok But now they are just unsanitary. When you approach the window, you will see that the rice and vegetables is left uncovered all day. Sometimes the Spoon that’s used To serve the rice and vegetables, literally is laying in the rice where they have to dig their hands in there to get the spoon and they don’t always wear gloves. The chicken and a lot of the meat that is cooked on the grill a lot of times have a burnt taste to it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to take food back and get a refund or get it remade due to the food tasting burnt. I don’t go to this location anymore. I really hope they do better with making sure that they are wearing gloves and being sanitary. The truck that they used to be used to be in was so filthy nasty. Now that they have moved into a building you would think it would be better, but it looks the same way. You have multiple employees in there nobody has on gloves,...

This restaurant continues to blow my mind with how incompetent they are.

For continuously having 4 or more employees working, they take easily 30 minutes or more to serve customers food. Additionally, they struggle to follow basic instructions, like adding extra shrimp and leaving out certain vegetables or rice.

The food itself is not particularly good, and typically is over salted. You would think with a food as simple to make as hibachi, they would be more capable.

I have been thoroughly displeased with this business ever since they were by the old kangaroo. Lack of following simple directions, the time it takes, and the low quality of the food have made it to where I cannot justify patronizing it any longer.

I would not recommend eating at this place. If you would like good food that is similar, at a good price, go right next door to the Chinese place. This restaurant is not worth your time, money, and...
