Moxie Java — Restaurant in Kuna

The gal who helped me at the drive through window was very professional and sweet. But the very unpleasant manager was so rude. My daughter wanted the “happy camper” a drink we order often from here. She told me in the drive through that is not a drink they carry. She said we have a blended moxachino and I said no because I have no idea what it was made of and it didn’t seem right so I just got a simple hot chocolate instead because I understand they are busy and I didn’t want to make things difficult. So while we waited in the drive through I looked it up so that for the future I could figure it out and order the correct way with no confusion. So I let the lady in the drive through window know that it is a drink they have. When the lady let the manager know I could hear her yelling from in my car about it. I was so disappointed as I go here often. I was honestly just trying to get the right drink for my daughter. The happy camper is a toasted marshmallow moxachino as we found out. I wasn’t able to let you know that because it was clear to me that there was no point in trying to talk to you as you already showed me how unprofessional you are.. And yes maybe what you were tying to tell me was the right drink in your mind but you mentioned nothing about the toasted marshmallow and just said that’s not our drink. but I don’t know because I don’t work there and we’ve always been able to just order the “happy camper” without being yelled at about it. In the future maybe try to be a little more patient and understanding. My sweet daughter and I we’re celebrating our Christmas together this morning and she was so excited to get moxie as it’s just treat she gets sometimes and you just ruined...

I don't even want to give them one star. My first and last time going to Moxie Java. The lady was explicitly rude. The coffee tasted awful. And her excuse was she was the only one in the store. If you ask me if your trusted enough to be the only one in store 2 customers shouldn't take a half hour to help. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a pickle dilly sandwich. She didn't even try to take the order of the lady behind me. I literally turned off my truck so I wouldn't waste gas. Either way. I strongly recommend to stay away from that particular moxie Java. very questionable of sanitation and cleanliness. We had to wait so I obviously couldn't help but see the multiple dirty milk tins for steaming clearly dirty and not cleaned between customer (healthy hazard much?) And they proceeded to use the dirty tin to steam our chocolate milk which was NOT HOT which in the long run was a good things as one of the lids was not placed fully and covered my mom on hot chocolate when she went to drink in.
