Taco Bell — Restaurant in La Junta

I visited the LaJunta Colorado, Taco BellI on August 20th 2022 @ approx 11:45pm. It wasn't pleasent for a few reasons... I spent $21 on one combo meal and 2 of their new grilled cheese burritos and a LG drink. Granted it was only about an hour & 15mins before closing time so I kinda figured that they were busy getting ready to close and still trying to serve customers but it was a little irritating that we had to wait in the driver thru for approx. 17 minutes... That was my first irritation with this store & my second irritation was that the employee at the drive thru window barely said 2 words to us and those 2 words were "$20.82" we had to ask for sauces and straws and then we get our order FINALLY and we drive all the way home to LasAnimas about 16 minutes drive and we get home and we didn't get ANYTHING we ordered and so I tried calling the store to let them know and to ask what my options were on fixing this & the first call I made it rang over 8 times and they finally picked up and then just hung up on me without even saying hello so I called back and they picked up on about the 5th or 6th ring and the only thing said to me was "hi, taco bell, we closed already" and they hung up on me!!! I called the next morning 3 times and each time I asked for a manager and they said "yes, hold" and a manager never answered my call. Idk what to do besides give...

We eat at Taco Bell quite often in La Junta. Tonight (10/18) we bought 2 of the Mexican Pizza's. When we got them home, my husband took a bite and spit it out. He told me it was terrible. I tasted mine and the tortilla's had a terrible bitter taste to them. Either the tortilla's were old or the oil they were fried in was old. We tasted the filling on both, which was ok. I usually ordered a Mexican Pizza at the Pueblo Taco Bell's and really like them, but I will not order any from the La Junta Taco Bell. Like my husband says, it is hard to screw up a taco meaning if the taco's were bad, we would not eat anymore from the La Junta Taco Bell. I usually do not post on bad experiences, but I feel if anyone went ahead and ate the Mexican Pizza it might have made them sick. I will never order one of these again since I know the tortillas are fried ahead of time, same with...

The food is always made terribly. I have to order extra tomatoes and lettuce just for them to not put an embarrassingly small/nonexistent amount on--and they still don't give me extra, meanwhile charging an extra $2 a taco. Their burritos are just sad and barely filled up whatsoever. They mess up the ingredients all the time and give you the wrong meat. They act like 5 cars in the drivethru is busy. Waited 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge we were at the drivethru even though no one was in front of us. Once they answered they said to hold on and we waited another 5 mins. Again, no one was even in front of us. If you try to call them, they refuse to answer their phones or correct their mistakes. Fire...
