I ordered my food in the drive thru and of course once you pay they instuct the customer to park some where to wait. This means if something is wrong you have to go inside anyway. Once i park i realize i was not the only car in line... im with 4 other cars waiting for food. This is a deceptive practice. If i would have known that i would have never stopped. I did not have the time. I watched an employee try to give the same bag of food to 3 different cars. Carelessly spreading the covid by allowing the driver to look in it, put thier hands it the bag, and pass it back. she repeated that process with the other customers until she found the right car. I was so glad that was not my food. When my food came i asked the employee if there was ranch. She said "yeah" and walked away. They only provide one. Not enough! I did not want to go inside. So i drove away. Once i got home i realize that i now have oil stained in my seat and the bag is dripping and transparent due to saturation of cooking oil... My tacos where so greasy and soggy with oil, i could not eat them. The whole trip was a waste of time and money. The oil staind my shirt and my seat. This location is garbage. .... I tried this place again in hopes it got better. It did not. They didn't even have menus in the drive thru and staff still has an attitude... This work place culture has to be stimulated or permissable from management. Either way not acceptable. 6 months later had to pick up a quick bite and my sandwich was missing chicken from chicken sandwich....
   Read more1 star So I guess you get a different experience every day depending if you're lucky and get lazy workers or actual people who want to work. Was in line for 4 minutes I even called out to them 3 times and when I went to the window there were just 3 guys at the front just standing around. The least you could do I answer and say anything at all. My recommendation, go during day time never at night. Another day, this is the closest place I can get to as I get off at work and that is still and I can't tell you how many times they just don't feel like taking orders. Just any random day they'll say they're not taking orders right now, if it's not actually gonna be open 24 hours then just shut the place down and stop wasting people's time.
3 star While they have certainly improved on getting other night shift employees their times and their priorities need to be worked on. Waiting at the window for a combo while they work on a family meal is just ridiculous, waited for 20+ minutes and they had it...
   Read moreWORST JITB, EVER. HOW can JITB be so consistently BAD, so predictably awful? Who owns, runs this place anyway?!? Never the same taco twice, even on the same order!! No cheese, no lettuce, cheese only, lettuce only... nothing but the filling in some, NO CONSISTENCY!! This JITB is the WORST we've ever experienced, something so simple treated so badly and the customer in the process! When my wife asked if taco sauce was in the bag, the worker lied with a "Yes", and upon checking the bag, no taco sauce included! No apology, just a dumb look. We know enough to double-check our order EVERY time here, and the insults to the customer continue! NO cheese on any of my tacos, and one shattered into small pieces this order. A damned shame, we just bought our last meal there!! Avoid them at all cost, the worst Jack in the Box ever!! And it's a brand-new store!! JITB headquarters should know just how bad this place treats their name...
