Jack in the Box — Restaurant in La Porte

Orded a Bacon Ultimate Cheesburger, no bacon. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with cheese, no cheese. Placed the entire order on the app, added two buttermilk sauces to the order, wanna guess what happened? Also, the Cheeseburger looked like it was made by juggling all the ingredients at the same time and just making sure they all land in the little box. Seriously one slice of cheese was hanging on by his life. And the mayo and ketchup was splattered all over the inside of a box, the only way you could get those splats was if the sauce was applied at a high rate of speed, which begs the question. I honestly hope these things were done purposely, because if they weren't then there is no hope. Also when we pulled off from the drive thru window the employee screamed something that sounded like " Sacagawea and then just stared at us with this weird smile like from that horror movie. So unfortunately, I would not recommend this location for late night food .... unless you want to see the infamous juggling cheesy hamburger cook. Or possibly get creeped out to your inner core by the woman...

Update DM emailed to figure out who it was that had helped me & that he would address the issue but the same employee is still there with the same attitude. Even witnessed her give attitude to multiple people and is completely unwilling to help anyone or perform her job correctly. Wanted to give this location another try, but will definitely not come back. I go to this jack in the box regularly but lately the person that’s in drive through in the evenings is so rude and it’s always the same girl! I didn’t get her name but today we weren’t even able to order because she said they were completely out of drinks. I understand that the business being out of product isn’t her fault, but we pulled up to order and all she said was “yes”, I asked for a meal and she said “we’re out of drinks” very rudely. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been served by her & it’s always the same exact bad attitude. I’ll leave 2 stars because the other staff is...

Out of every Jack in the box that I've ever been to I can honestly say that this particular one has taken customer service to a whole another level. Their night manager Evan was very polite and respectful. I've been to this particular jack in the box on three different occasions and each time I was lucky to have him as my server. He's an outstanding employer. My husband and I felt very well taken care of and we both believe that he deserves a raise with how respectful he is and how his professionalism and respect for us as customers is the sole reason for why we keep returning back to this specific jack in the box when we dine out for fast food.

P.s. I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly. I simply only remember him telling me he was the night manager.

My spouse and I wish there were more employers like him at every jack in the box food...
