THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE! It was a couple nights ago.. They are rude, I had a large order, one which was 8 crunch wrap supremes which after paying they tell me they don’t have them.. and politely asked if we wanted something similar we said sure! they replaced it with a 2 dollar wrap which was od, I had payed way more than what I got.. I’ve asked for a refund and if they could charge me for the wraps instead.. the employee wasn’t understanding our complain. We asked for the Manager, as if she was going to be even nicer!! SHE RUDELY offered me cookies to make up the replacements. If you guys only knew how rude it was. We denied. We just wanted a new receipt and a refund to pay for the wrap cause the bill for the supreme was expensive. After seeing us frustrated. They asked for the food back and said they will refund it and after saying i was going to pay for the new wraps, they threw it away in front of my face.. meanest attitude ever! I told the manager why did you guys do that? She said “I refunded your order and threw the food. I offered you cookies but you didn’t want them, you can go now” slamming the window and locking it. Just rude and unprofessional restaurant. I’ve been coming there for years and familiar to the works at night.. they suck! never had this happen before, I would give this Taco Bell a 0...
Read moresuper disappointed ☹️ my husband and i ordered uber eats taco bell and they didn’t add in any sauces to the bag whatsoever. then i found that they added lettuce on all of my soft tacos when i didn’t ask for it ☹️ i tried picking the lettuce off but by the time i did my whole tortilla was soggy and cold. and now since it was through uber eats we would have to spend more money to attempt to get the right meal and cross our fingers its right this time.. i don’t have the funds to order out a second time, so it looks like i won’t be eating tonight.. thanks taco bell :(
this has happened multiple times. i would not have gotten on here to make a review if it didn’t affect us so much because we love taco bell and order it a lot. we don’t want to stop eating with yall, but we are starting to lose money because of the mistakes and starting to have no choice. i will crave taco bell, but not want to order yall bc i feel like yall aren’t going to get my order right. i will say those that work in the morning are always spot on with our orders. we get breakfast crunchwraps all the time in the mornings. we would love to continue still going here for lunch...

Today me and my wife came in to your store and was standing at the counter probably close to 10 min. The only person looking at us from the drive through position never acknowledged or offered help. When I asked if anyone was going to help us? She gave us a rude attitude and told us to wait. She had no customers she went back to help the kitchen crew. We finally got to order from a girl that got off her break to help us. Even after we received our order. I asked for some sauces and once again she responded with a snooby facial remark right in front of us again, as if she didn't want to help. Let me remind you if no action then your not doing your part as a store manager. And we will never return to our community KFC location again. Drive through workers name starts with a Jas.
