The guy who answered the phone just HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, when I called back the 3rd time he said I know “I hung up on you-you didn’t speak fast enough” -I said, Whatever, I just need to place my order and he said, I am not taking any orders over the phone right now the line is to the door” and hung up on me. I tried placing my order online and the site said “Access Denied”. This is the worst service I’ve ever received ever at a Subway. I won’t eat there if I’m starving. What kind of employee hangs up on customers 3x in a row and then refuses to take their order? You’d be better off paying...

When I said I wanted some guac on the sub, he replied that I "should have lead with that and it's going to make a mess".
When another customer came in and apologized for not having a mask, the same employee stated "it doesn't matter." and reiterated it a few times before putting his mask on while already behind the line.
Overall he was difficult to talk to, to get what I wanted on the sandwich and I was shocked he wasn't wearing his mask...
Read moreI ordered on the app. Either the bread was toasted (which I specifically gave instructions not to toast) or the bread was just old and hard as a rock. Either way I called and asked for sandwich to be remade. I was told they could not do it unless the manager approved it….I was then told manager was at home and I could call back to see if it could be remade or not. I think this is very bad customer service. I own my own business and I would never treat a paying customer like this....
